Searching for her place in the world, she meets 90-year-old Irena, a neighbor trapped on her balcony, locked there by a thief. The chance acquaintance quickly turns into a practical transaction. Magda needs refuge from the world, and Irena must prove to her family that she can still take care of herself. Both are stubborn and unable to maintain close relationships. A brief but intense presence in each other&#039;s lives will give them the strength to change.
