SYNOPSIS

Laura attends the funeral of her lover, Tymek. His family unexpectedly invites her to the wake. She can't refuse – she works at a talent agency run by the deceased's mother and aunt. Furthermore, Laura is about to be promoted. Therefore, she must act. She can't admit her feelings for Tymek, especially since he was married. Laura's bosses quickly organize her time. They task Laura with brokering a settlement with her former agency assistant, Daniel, who accused Tymek's mother of harassment. Laura faces a choice: promotion or her ideals. The choice becomes even more difficult as she discovers new facts about Tymek, and her emerging feelings begin to shatter Laura's image as a reserved professional.
