SYNOPSIS

The year is 2098. About 50 years have passed since a climate catastrophe. The world looks like a desert. Children on Earth have never seen plants or animals. Zosia (14) lives in an orphanage with her sister Basia (9). Zosia has her feet firmly on the ground; she wants to be an engineer, but she's afraid of the world outside buildings. Basia is a dreamer who longs for a return to nature. When Basia begins to experience the first symptoms of a serious lung disease, Zosia sets out to find a cure for her sister. The only solution is a rose flower, which was spotted in greenhouses on the other side of the country. Zosia, along with her friend Maciek (15), sets out on a dangerous journey through the desert to save her sister.
