About the workshop
During the workshop, screenwriters work in small groups led by tutors Filip Kasperaszek, Norah McGettigan, and Aleksandra Świerk, and supported by a trainee script consultant. Through workshops led by guest experts from the audiovisual industry, participants expand their knowledge of copyright law, pitch preparation, audience design, and building relationships with producers.
Workshop for screenwriters
The workshop is intended for creators who already possess some theoretical knowledge and practical skills that allow them to work confidently on a script, both experienced and debuting. A lack of film education or screenwriting experience does not preclude participation in the workshop. The quality of the script itself is paramount in selecting participants.
Workshop for consultants
We are also running a parallel module for individuals developing their literary development skills and working as script consultants. Three individuals accepted into the program will complete a full series of workshops and participate in work on their texts under the supervision of tutors, as well as in theoretical and practical sessions designed exclusively for consultants-in-training, led by Anna Bielak, the module's supervisor and originator.
