FILIP KASPERASZEK
Mentor & Script Consultant
Member of the Foundation Council and Founder of Atelier Scenariuszowe Foundation. As a script consultant, he works regularly both in Poland and internationally, collaborating with filmmakers across the globe—from Singapore, India, and Germany to Italy and Spain. As a screenwriter, he works on both commercial projects, including "Uncle Conspiracy Theorist" (2025) and television series for Warner Bros. Discovery, as well as auteur cinema, such as "Good Death" (2026), an international co-production between Japan, Taiwan, and Poland.
In 2023, he was nominated by the Polish Screenwriters Guild for Best Feature Screenplay for "Fucking Bornholm". He is a co-creator and script consultant of Atelier Scenariuszowe and one of the lead tutors of TFL SeriesLab. Between 2014 and 2021, he served as a Senior Lecturer in Screenwriting at the Polish National Film School in Łódź. From 2017 to 2024, he also taught in the international screenwriting programme at Scuola Holden in Italy.
He has led workshops around the world for organisations including Netflix, Tatino Films, TFL Next & Extended, Grow Creative, and Screens of Tomorrow. He has also collaborated with institutions such as the Flanders Audiovisual Fund, Mazovia Warsaw Film Commission, Krakow Film Commission, the Warsaw Film Festival, Wajda School, and the Polish Film Institute.
Since 2026, he has collaborated with Less Is More and Groupe Ouest in France.
He is currently training as a Gestalt psychotherapist at Norsk Gestaltinstitutt Høyskole. He is also a certified sauna master, amateur cook, lover of life and dance, and a tantra practitioner.
