Monika Łuczyk

Member of the Foundation Council of Atelier Scenariuszowe Foundation. Marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in film promotion, festival strategy development and coordination, and audience development. She holds a degree in Arts Management from the University of Gdańsk and has been active in the film industry since 2015.

She has collaborated with leading film festivals in Poland and abroad, including the Polish Film Festival in Gdynia, Film Fest Gent in Belgium, and the European Film Awards. She is an alumna of the EAVE Marketing Workshop and Audience Design Lab.

She serves as the Lead Coordinator of Atelier Scenariuszowe, a screenplay development programme supporting emerging screenwriters and writer-directors working on feature film projects. Between 2019 and 2025, she worked at the production company Shipsboy as PR & Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, and Festival Distribution Coordinator.

She regularly shares her expertise through workshops and lectures for emerging film professionals, including programmes and events such as Student Film Market, SERIO PRO, and the Vancouver International Film Festival.
