BIO

A director, animator, and psychotherapist, she graduated from the National Film, Television, and Theatre School (PWSFTviT). She made her debut with the acclaimed "BOYLESQUE" (2022, HBO Max), which won the BEST EMERGING DIRECTOR award at HotDocs Toronto. She creates films that straddle the line between fiction and reality, focusing on the nuances of human emotion.

SYNOPSIS

Eliza (50) and Wiktor (54) live in a long, routine relationship. While working at the pool, Eliza encounters a mysterious Being – non-human, beautiful, and magnetic. A bond develops between them. Eliza conceals the details of their increasingly sensual relationship from her husband. Wiktor notices that something strange is happening to his wife. He desperately searches for a rational explanation. Contact with the Being awakens in Eliza lust and a desire to live, but destroys her marriage. The encounter with the otherworldly being forces the couple to confront the truth about their relationship. Is their love a feeling, or just habit? An intelligent melodrama about a woman who cheats to find herself.
