A film scholar and philosopher with a PhD in humanities, she is a journalist and author of cultural media projects. She is making her debut as a screenwriter. In storytelling, she is fascinated by the effect of ice melting, where a stylistically simple form naturally reveals further questions, meanings, and contradictions.

SYNOPSIS

Michał works at a university. He's a brilliant theoretician lecturing on the sociology of close relationships, but he fails his exams. He drifts into adulthood, fearing commitment above all else. Everything changes when his former love reappears in town. Michał begins running through the streets in search of what he's lost. Little does he know, however, that in chasing a memory, he's losing something more important. "Drift" is a road movie in which a small town overnight becomes a behemoth with a labyrinth of streets for the protagonist. It portrays 24 hours in the social and emotional lives of the Marauders of the End of the Century – a generation of thirty-somethings who speak in pop culture quotes, hide their emotions behind social masks, and seek spirituality instead of simply love.
