Screenwriter, playwright, and journalist. Author of radio plays, projects that combine literature, theater, and design. Winner of the Warsaw film script competition "Films on Marszałkowska" and "Metaphors of Reality" for a theater play. A cultural studies graduate, she has children and collects vintage school and office supplies. She lives in Warsaw and hails from the seaside.

SYNOPSIS

38-year-old Ada—like the manager of a failing circus—strives to please everyone around her. She bravely plays the role of the ideal mother, wife, and daughter—until she embarrasses herself at a school party. Her repressed needs begin to emerge, taking the form of macabre fantasies. Ada then stumbles upon Wiktor's unconventional writing workshop, where she discovers her talent. The overprotective mother and weary wife transforms into a rebellious artist who falls in love with her lecturer and longs for a second youth. She begins to neglect her home and loses herself in increasingly nightmarish visions that offer her demonic solutions for the future. Will she sacrifice her family for freedom?
