SYNOPSIS
Daszka (13) and Flora (12) are like fire and water. A feisty rebel and a shy dreamer. The only thing they have in common is that their foolish parents decided to get married. The girls meet on Kupala Night and that evening they get lost in the forest. There, they meet Pietrek – a real-life demon! – who promises them help finding their way home if they find the mythical Fern Flower. The girls embark on a journey full of challenges and Slavic demons, and fall into the trap of the evil Wiła Wanda. To defeat her, they must unite and overcome their weaknesses. Flora awakens the spirit of a wild warrior, and Daszka discovers sensitivity – which grants strength more powerful than a boot kick. On this shortest night of the year, their worst fear also comes true. They become sisters.
