,"Mania" is the story of a teenage girl whose life is relatively orderly – she trains with her father for horse riding, prepares for her final exams, and doesn't make any important decisions. Everything changes when, under the influence of Janek, a young rider, she begins to do things that contradict her father's philosophy. A conflict erupts between them – Marianna must decide whether she wants to find her own path or always follow his advice. She takes a job at Janek's stable, where she earns his admiration. She succeeds thanks to what her father taught her. Eventually, she begins to understand that passion cannot dominate human relationships, and that the desire to prove one's point doesn't absolve her from being an empathetic person.
