BIO

He began his film career by making skateboard videos. Before joining the Łódź Film School as a director, he studied Spanish studies and sociology, moonlighting as a copywriter. He won the first edition of the Paris Warsaw screenwriting competition at the Munk Studio and has made over a dozen short films.

SYNOPSIS

In the 1980s, a Krakow physicist secretly constructs a transmitter that can turn any television into a teleporter. He then dies under mysterious circumstances. The scientist's 9-year-old son, Szymon, finds his father's last notebook and, with its help, constructs his own transmitter, which teleports him from in front of the television in their home to a space center in California. The center is preparing to launch a modern satellite into space. Szymon finds his father in America, but also learns that everything that has been teleported begins to fall apart after some time. The boy doesn't have much time, but he manages to discover the true reason for his father's disappearance and embroils them both in an international scandal. The stakes in the game they undertake will be their lives and their return home.
